Employee brand understanding, customer awareness and commitment will be  vital ingredients


 

 

In delivering a new product, business strategy or brand development I have always actively involved staff across an organisation right from the start of the project. This early and regular engagement has increased support and significantly improved outcomes. Reflecting this experience, I can run small seminars or provide coaching to improve brand and customer focus.

Where an organisation is revising business or brand strategy or targeting a specific customer segment the merits of a business wide customer or brand engagement programme may be compelling. If this is the case, I can contribute the following:

* Internal strategy communication activity and materials. Conveying your business goals in customer and brand terms that support an emotional engagement by staff.

* Customer and brand advocacy development. Improving the understanding of your brand/target customers and how your people can take positive action. This may be a business wide communication programme and/or the provision of training activity.

* Establishment of a 'customer or brand champion' network. Linked to wider business enagagement activity the opportunity may exist to deeply inform and empower a subset of your people (who can then support a wider cultural impact).
