A combination of brands, credibly supporting the right offer will be able to achieve more than is possible indvidually. Through collaboration your brand/business may be able to share scarce resources such as brand credentials, organisational capabilities, customer bases and advertising spend.

In an environment where investment is likely to be very constrained the case for sharing operational, marketing, brand development or IT investment is becoming increasingly compelling. At the heart of a successful brand partnership, however, there must be a highly appealing customer proposition and a relevant supporting role for each brand.

Reflecting the importance of a compelling proposition I would work with your organisation to identify winning offerings from a combination of trusted, relevant brands. Having developed and prioritised these propositions you may wish to initiate discussions with prospective partners. Alternatively, I can project manage the brokering of a joint initiative and progress to launch.
