More than 20 new product launches across more than 10 markets (so far)                                                

Having introduced new services involving multiple strategic partners, products across Europe and financial propositions under the watchful eyes of actuarial or risk teams I have inevitably picked up some project management and steering skills. Scenarios where I might represent the an effective option include:

* The early stages of a B2C project where it is imperative that service or product specification supports brand development objectives and fully reflects the proposition/customer insights identfied in research

* Taking a winning concept to the point of business approval. Having developed an understanding of the proposition and market it may be quicker and more cost effective for me to get the senior buy-in required to properly progress a customer opportunity.

* Gaining required commitment and agreement from strategic partners. Having delivered complex partnerships and managed a number of blue chip brands I am well placed to understand different commercial/cultural agendas and establish a commercial win/win that will drive progress.
